THE 169 BOARD
The Marion County Board of DD (commonly referred to as the "169 Board") was established under Senate Bill 169 in 1967. The three main responsibilities of the 169 board are to hire a Superintendent to administer the agency's operations, make the organization's policies, and adopt a budget.
The 169 Board meets the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00 pm, in the Administrative Conference Room at Marion County DD.
